From the technical point of view, EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core products are much thinner. The normal absorbent papers in the market usually adopt dry process technology, which is usually composed of fluffy pulp mixed with SAP for the core and sandwiched between upper and lower wet strength paper, composited by hot melt adhesive and SAP inside is easily to be spilled during producing, so they have to use the dust-free paper or non-woven should be as wrapping layer.

While EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core products can be used alone without wrappings, no dust during sanitary napkin producing, and the thickness of single-layer is only 0.03cm. The thickness of the finished sanitary napkin made from EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core can be reduced by at least 30% compared with the conventional structure.

From the point of view of product performance, EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core products are dryer and can absorb more blood. Different from the Dry process method in which SAP is dissociated in the fluffy pulp and the blood-sucking conduction and dry effect is poor, EASEFLOW SAPP products use wet process method to make SAP and fluffy pulp interweave and inlay together, and no hot melt glue were added in the whole process, so that it can conduct and absorb blood very well. From the point of view of producing and application, EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core has the advantages of lower cost and higher utilization. EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core is applied to sanitary napkin products as the central absorption core, eliminating the dustless paper coating for ordinary absorbent core, which can optimize the production process, improve production efficiency and reduce product cost. From the analysis of the amount of materials, the coating can be removed directly if useEASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core. For example: if use 45g paper wrapping and 180g normal absorbent core, compared with the same gram weight EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core, the weight of sanitary napkin can be reduced by at least 0.8g and the cost is lower. We can also choose the way of short core cutting when we are using EASEFLOW SAPP Integrated Core, so that the absorption capacity of the product will be larger, and the utilization rate of the core can be increased by about 30%.
